Will Adams is the firm’s lead trial attorney and represents clients in high-stakes personal injury and business litigation. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and a life member of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Will Adams has been featured in Texas Monthly as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, by H Texas Magazine as a Top Houston Personal Injury Attorney and Top Lawyer for the People, and in other publications. Will currently sits on the board of directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Thomas A. (Tad) Adams is the firm’s managing partner. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Verdict Club, and a former director of the Houston and Dallas Trial Lawyers Associations. Sean R. Josephson began his career in the U.S. Navy and is a graduate of the University of Houston and the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he received American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Evidence and Family law. Sean is immediate Past President of the Katy Bar Association.
